Returns & Refunds Policy
Written in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the CPA.
Faulty or Defective Goods
If your horsebox arrives with a manufacturing defect or is not of the quality reasonably expected, you may, in line with Section 56 of the CPA, request a repair, replacement, or refund within six months of delivery.
To Report a Defect
- Contact us at [email/phone] within [X] days of noticing the issue, with photos/video and your order reference.
- We will arrange an inspection within [X] business days.
- If the defect is confirmed, we will agree a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) and a timeframe with you in writing.
Change-of-Mind Returns
- In-stock, unused units: may be returned within [X] days of delivery subject to a restocking/handling fee of [X]%, provided the unit is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Order-in / manufacturer-built units: once an order is placed with the manufacturer, it generally cannot be cancelled without cost.
- Deposits: deposits paid to secure an order-in unit are non-refundable if you cancel after the manufacturer order has been placed, except where required by law.
Used Stock
Used horseboxes are sold with full disclosure of known condition and history at the time of sale. Used stock is not sold voetstoots in a way that would exclude your CPA rights.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within [X] business days of the refund being agreed.
